How To Download
Firestick or Onn box

Go to settings. In Developer options-Turn ON ABD Debugging & Apps from unknown sources.

From the HOME screen, search Downloader in your search bar and download. Allow all prompts.

In the URL of Downloader, enter https://bit.ly/onespotone and install or enter the short code 2279246.

Open App and enter log in credentials emailed to you.
DEVELOPER OPTION
Here are the steps for enabling debugging and allowing installation of unknown apps on a Fire TV Stick, often needed for apps like OneSpot TV:
Steps for Debugging on Fire TV Stick:
1. Go to Settings on your FireStick.
2. Scroll to "My Fire TV" (or "Device & Software" on newer versions).
3. Select "About."
4. Click on “ABOUT” 7 times – you’ll see a message at the bottom saying “You are now a developer.”
5. Press the Back button to return to the previous menu.
• Now you’ll see a new option: “Developer Options.” Select it.
6. Turn “ADB Debugging” ON.
7. Turn “Apps from Unknown Sources” ON. (May appear as “Install unknown apps” – then enable it for the app you want to install from.)

CLEARING CACHE AND TO REFRESH YOUR DEVICE
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click on Apps.
3. Click on Manage All Applications.
4. Find application.
5. Force Stop
6. Click Clear Cache.
7. Restart the device and re-launch the App
FREEZING AND BUFFERING

First, a little bit about IPTV. IPTV is Internet Protocol Television. Unlike cable tv, IPTV requires high speed internet to view shows and movies.

Since your internet is being used to stream, buffering and freezing can occur. Most of the time clearing your devices' cache will help but if it continues, there may be some things to consider for causes.

1. Slow connection speed
2. Network provider issues
3. Streaming multiple devices at same time
4. Using game consoles or other mobile devices on same network
5. Wifi can slow the speed, consider using ethernet cable

We suggest 50mbps of speed or higher for your internet. Reset your modem at least once a week.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD & INSTALL THE APP ON FIRE STICK
1. Press the “HOME” button on the Firestick remote
2. Look for a magnifying glass (located on the upper left corner)
3. Click the magnifying glass and type in “Downloader” then download it.
4. Open the “Downloader”.
5. Type in the link https://bit.ly/onespotone then hit GO or enter the short code 2279246.
6. Hit “Install”.
7. It will download the app on the firestick.
8. Hit “Open”.
9. Type in your credentials (username and password)
